GREG DUMONTIER


Mr. DuMontier serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of S & K Technologies, Inc., a Tribally-owned IT company which he helped found and which has become one of the major economic development success stories in Indian Country. His 29 year professional career has been marked by impressive management successes for several organizations, including the CSKT Tribal Government, where he was instrumental in spearheading its reorganization into the progressive and widely-respected government it is today.

 

Greg DuMontier, born within one mile of his current office in St. Ignatius Montana, is an enrolled member of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes (CSKT) of the Flathead Reservation in Western Montana.

 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

 

June 2000 – Present

President, S&K Technologies, Inc.   Direct a tribally-owned enterprise and certified 8(a) corporation specializing in information technology solutions for government agencies to a path of growth and success.  Manage a diversified corporation who serve private-sector clients.   Facilitate the infusion of new technology on the Flathead Indian Reservation and provide economic growth.

 

January 98 – June 2000

Senior Vice President, S&K Division. Responsible for the administration of S&K Healthcare, Information Technology, and Document Conversion business concerns of S&K Electronics.

 

October 93 – August 96

Department Head, Flathead Tribal Health and Human Services. Responsible for the establishment and management of this new Tribal Department consisting of over 200 health and human services employees working under two Self-Governance Compacts.

 

January 84 – October 96

Administrative Assistant, Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes. Provided a full range of administrative support functions for the Executive Secretary and Tribal Chairman including lobbying, Tribal Administration personnel supervision, management systems development, public affairs liaison, and served as Acting Executive Secretary.

 

January 81 – January 84

Director, Flathead Tribal Health Department. Managed all department services including nursing, CHRs, medical social work, WIC, and various community health programs.
