Hotel space is still available, please submit your reservations through the below housing bureau.
To make hotel reservations for the 62nd Annual NCAI Convention, you may print and return the housing registration form, or you can also make your hotel reservations online at HousingWeb.Net. Note: you will need to enter the code, 2069, to make your reservations on-line.
Carefully read all of the following before completing the official housing form or submitting your on-line request; otherwise, your reservation could be delayed. - All reservations are based on a first-come, first serve basis.
- Those sharing a room should not send in a form or complete an on-line reservation. Check with sharers prior to making your reservation.
- All reservations, changes and cancellations should be sent to the Tulsa Convention Housing Bureau by Tuesday, September 27, 2005, in writing. Please print or type.
- The Tulsa Convention Housing Bureau will send you an Acknowledgment once your reservation has been processed. Acknowledgements will be sent via, e-mail, fax or postal service.
- If confirmation, from your assigned hotel, is not received within two weeks of receiving your acknowledgement, contact the hotel directly, not the housing bureau.
- Non-Smoking rooms are assigned upon availability.
- Reservations must be made by Tuesday, September 27, 2005, to guarantee room and special rate.
- Current tax of 13.517% is not included in quoted prices.
