Constitution and Bylaws

At the Mid-Year Session in Bismarck, the General Assembly considered a proposal to amend the By-Laws and raise NCAI dues. The General Assembly decided to postpone the issue until the Annual Session.

The Executive Committee also has decided to propose additional amendments to the Constitution, By-Laws, and Rules of Order to address some issues that have caused problems from time to time with the management of the organization. For more information, see:
