Policy resolutions are the cornerstone of NCAI and help direct advocacy efforts and priorities. The resolutions portal will open on Monday, September 8. Any individual Indian member in good standing may submit a resolution using this template.
Please note that NCAI is enforcing a hard deadline of Monday, October 13, at 11:59 p.m. PT. Any resolutions submitted after this deadline will only be accepted if the Resolutions Committee determines they are emergency in nature and national in scope. Please submit your resolutions on time!

NCAI is now accepting breakout session proposals for the 82nd Annual Convention & Marketplace, taking place November 16–21, 2025, in Seattle, Washington.
This year’s theme is “Strength of Sovereignty, Solidarity, and Unity Amongst All Tribes.” We invite Tribal leaders, policy experts, researchers, community advocates, and organizations to submit proposals for breakout sessions that explore pressing issues, innovative practices, and policy solutions impacting Indian Country.
Breakout sessions will be held on (subject to change):
Monday, November 17 at 2:45–4:15 p.m. PT
Wednesday, November 19 at 3:15–4:45 p.m. PT
Thursday, November 20 at 4:15–5:45 p.m. PT
Sessions are 90 minutes in length and may include panels, roundtables, workshops, trainings, and Federal government consultations or listening sessions. Proposals must be submitted by Friday, September 19, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. AKT.
