OIE: 2026 Tribal Energy Webinar Series

The U.S. Department of Energy Office of Indian Energy (OIE) is launching its 2026 Tribal Energy Webinar Series, designed to provide Tribal Nations with the technical knowledge needed to best utilize its resources. These sessions offer a comprehensive look at energy development through webinars, workshops, and specialized online curricula.

Session 1: Program Review Mini-Series Alaska Energy Focus: Innovative Solutions in Kawerak and Igiugig

March 12, 2:30–4:00 p.m. ET

This webinar will detail the specific energy project challenges encountered and the innovative solutions implemented in two remote Alaskan villages: Kawerak and Igiugig.
