The USDA will host a Tribal consultation on one policy and three proposed rules for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) administered at the Federal level by the USDA’s Food and Nutrition Service. The consultation will be held virtually on Wednesday, October 22 at 1:00-3:00 p.m. ET. Patrick Penn, Deputy Under Secretary of Agriculture for the Food, Nutrition, and Consumer Services, will be the USDA consulting official.
