Join the National Congress of American Indians for an informative webinar on the Tribal Emergency Response Resources (TERRA) Act, proposed federal legislation designed to help Tribal Nations better prepare for and respond to environmental hazards, climate change impacts, and natural disasters.
The session will provide an overview of the TERRA Act’s purpose, how its proposed approach to streamlining access to federal funding across multiple agencies, and how it supports Tribal self-determination through the development of community-driven resilience, adaptation, and relocation plans.
