On Friday, March 22, 2024, the U.S. House of Representatives passed six appropriations bills, with the U.S. Senate following suit shortly thereafter. The appropriations bills passed were:
Defense Appropriations Act, 2024
Financial Services and General Government Appropriations Act, 2024
Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2024
Labor, Health and Human Services, Education and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2024
Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2024
State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2024
The six bills will now go to the President’s desk to be signed into law sometime this weekend.
