Eligibility: Tribal governments, tribal courts, non-profits, and victim service providers can apply for up to $500,000 for a 3-year project.

Eligible Activities: Please review the solicitation for the full range of eligible activities, but possibilities include:

• developing or enhancing court infrastructure (such as specialized courts, consolidated courts, dockets, intake centers, or interpreter services);

• community-based initiatives within the court system (such as victim assistants, pro se victim assistance programs, or community-based supplementary services);

• offender management, monitoring, and accountability programs;

• safe and confidential information-storage and information-sharing databases within and between court systems;

• education and outreach programs to improve community access;

• other projects likely to improve court responses to violence against women;

• training for court personnel.
