Eligibility: Tribal governments can apply for up to $1 million for a 3-year period.

Eligible Activities: Please review the solicitation, but this program is very broad and tribes could apply for a range of activities related to implementing VAWA including:

• the creation of a specialized court or docket;

• offender management, monitoring, and accountability;

• cooperative efforts and projects among law enforcement officers, prosecutors, victim service providers, and other related parties to investigate and prosecute incidents of domestic violence;

• training and salaries for law enforcement, prosecution, and court personnel.
