NCAI resolutions are one of the policy mechanisms used to express the organizational positions on Tribal, federal, state, and/or local legislation, litigation, and policy matters that affect Tribal governments or communities.

All of NCAI’s advocacy work is guided by the Resolutions Process. Only Individual Indian members in good standing with NCAI may submit a resolution for consideration.

Policy resolutions are now being accepted for the 2026 Annual Convention. To prepare your submission, please download the Resolutions template here. You may submit resolutions through our online portal here.

The deadline to submit resolutions is Monday, September 28, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT. Please read the instructions in the form before beginning your submission. For more information, please visit the NCAI Resolutions webpage here.
