We are seeking somebody with extensive Tribal and Urban Indian health systems and environment experience, someone
who understands the cultural sensitivity and the social determinants of barriers to care of these communities. The Field
Sales Executive for New Business Development's role is to introduce Greenway Health's technology and service solutions to
the healthcare market. They will use their technical, organizational, and relationship-building skills to interact with
prospective clients. The Field Sales Executive will have a specific quota to meet and will be responsible for the entire sales
process, including lead generation, needs analysis, building vision, proving value, negotiations, and closings.

Skills & Qualifications

Education and Experience
 High School Diploma/GED
 B.A./B.S. preferred
 At least three (3) years of proven success in direct outside sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry

 Working knowledge of Salesforce
 Sales experience with large scale solutions
 Proficient in conducting presentations to Senior Management/C-Suite
 Residing within the assigned territory is required preferred
 Experience with Tribal and Urban Indian Health, SME preferred
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
 In depth understanding of key technology and healthcare concepts required to sell complex solutions
 Ability to clearly articulate business issues and solutions and negotiate at Senior Management/C-Suite level
 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required
 Broad knowledge of, and an interest in, healthcare industry challenges, products, and services
 A team player with a positive attitude and approach
 Ability to travel up to 75%
Work Environment/Physical Demands
 While at work, this position is primarily a sedentary job and requires that the associate can work in an environment
where they will consistently be seated for most of the workday
 This role requires that one can sit and regularly type on a keyboard for most of their workday
 This position requires the ability to observe a computer screen for extended periods of time to observe their own
and others’ work, as well as in-coming and out-going communications via the computer and/or mobile devices
 The role necessitates the ability to listen and speak clearly to customers and other associates
 Up to 75% of travel required

Duties & Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
 Begins and nurtures revenue-generating opportunities by developing key markets and cultivating long-term
relationships with senior-level current/future client contacts
 Provides ongoing support to product distribution channel
 Assists with the development of sales strategies that maximize existing relationships and identify new
opportunities
 Functions as the primary point of contact for future clients prior to project initiation
 Negotiates on a variety of financial and delivery-related issues
 Communicate regularly with appropriate internal leadership
 Provides timely and accurate sales forecasts and activity reports
 Executes business plan for assigned territory
 Generates new business leads, follows up on marketing campaigns, and sets up qualified appointments with
prospects
 Conduct/lead demonstration presentations/meetings in tandem with Greenway Health Product Consultants
 Keeps all account and prospect information timely and up to date in the firm’s CRM system for sales tracking
purposes
 Meets assigned sales quota in the territory
 Work in a synergistic fashion with Inside Sales counterpart(s)
