Nez Perce Tribe Law and Justice Department has an opening for a DEPUTY PROSECUTOR.
- Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of and sensitivity to the culture, customs, and traditions of the Nez Perce Tribe. Requires a JD or LLB degree from an ABA accredited school of law. A license in good standing with any State Bar or Must pass a state bar exam and be licensed to practice law in that state no later than one (1) year after hire.
- Duties & Responsibilities
The principle function is to assist the Prosecutor in upholding the Nez Perce Tribe Constitution, Tribal Code and the sovereignty of Tribe.

$69,000 + DOE/DOQ
