Chukchansi Finance Company is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Executive Administrative Officer with a strong background in finance to lead and oversee the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in financial management, budgeting, and investment analysis, along with the ability to provide executive-level leadership that aligns with the organization’s strategic goals and drives sustainable growth.
Qualifications & Experience: Education • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. • CPA, CFA, or MBA candidates are encouraged to apply. Experience: • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an executive leadership role. • Demonstrates expertise in financial analysis. • Comprehensive knowledge of corporate finance principles, investment strategies, and applicable regulatory compliance requirements. • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screening. • Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving record. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: • Familiarity with the Tribe’s Constitution, laws, and cultural practices but not required. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure, result-driven environment. • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Ability to manage multiple tasks with integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail. • Highly organized and capable of managing projects independently. • Comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels within the Tribal government and community. • Proven ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks efficiently. • Must maintain strict confidentiality in all matters.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Record, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes accurately and promptly. • Transcribe speech, notes, or data into clear written documents. • Greet and screen visitors, ensuring appropriate access to executive offices. • Utilize a variety of software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation tools. • Read and evaluate incoming communications; respond or route appropriately. • Coordinate travel arrangements for executives, including transportation, lodging, and itineraries. • Perform general office duties such as supply ordering and record/database maintenance. • Provide virtual administrative support as needed. • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, emails, and faxes. • Offer general clerical and administrative support to executives and staff. • Supports departmental operations through additional duties as needed. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary administrative liaison for the CEO and senior leadership team, managing schedules, correspondence, and high-priority initiatives. • Prepare, review, and distribute executive-level documents, including financial reports, investor presentations, regulatory filings, and Board of Directors materials. • Coordinate internal and external meetings; ensure executives are prepared with agendas, briefing materials, and post-meeting action items. Financial Leadership & Strategy • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability, liquidity, and long-term sustainability. • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts to support organizational goals. • Analyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations to the CEO. • Oversee investment strategy, capital allocation, and financial risk management initiatives. Operational & Compliance Oversight • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, accounting standards, and corporate governance requirements. • Maintain professional relationships with financial institutions, investors, auditors, and regulatory agencies. • Streamline financial and administrative processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reporting transparency. Executive Decision-Making & Reporting • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors on financial matters. • Prepare and present key financial reports, KPIs, and performance analyses to executive leadership.
