Siyeh Communications is seeking a General Manager to lead the overall operations, strategy, and performance of the company. Reporting to the Siyeh Corporation CEO and Board, this leader will guide the organization’s growth while ensuring strong financial performance, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service.
The General Manager oversees all aspects of the business including operations, finance, product delivery, customer service, and team leadership.

This role is located in Northern Montana near Glacier National Park, where the Rocky Mountains meet the plains. The region offers outstanding outdoor recreation including fishing, hunting, hiking, and skiing, with easy access to Kalispell, Great Falls, and the Canadian border.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
10–15 years of management experience, preferably in telecommunications, technology, or infrastructure industries
Proven leadership managing teams and complex operations
Strong financial, strategic, and operational management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Preferred Experience
Tribal, Telecommunications and/or broadband operations
Regulatory compliance, grants, and infrastructure projects
Budgeting, financial reporting systems, and vendor negotiation
Key Responsibilities
Advise the CEO and Board on company performance, opportunities, and strategic direction
Lead daily operations and ensure high-quality telecommunications services
Oversee financial management including budgeting, reporting, and fiscal performance
Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry requirements
Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners
Lead and develop a high-performing, customer-focused team
