The Not One More report and related resources provide critical information on the ongoing crisis of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Peoples (MMIP), with a focus on the systemic gaps, jurisdictional barriers, and policy failures that continue to endanger Native people. These materials support Tribal leaders, advocates, policymakers, and communities in advancing solutions rooted in Tribal sovereignty, public safety, victim services, data accountability, and coordinated federal-Tribal action.

This report addresses the ongoing crisis of missing, murdered, and trafficked American Indian and Alaska Native people. Developed through the work of the Not Invisible Act Commission, it identifies systemic barriers in prevention, response, data collection, victim services, and coordination across jurisdictions. The report offers urgent recommendations to strengthen Tribal sovereignty, improve public safety, support families and survivors, and advance accountability at every level of government.
Released in March 2024, the report responds to the Commission’s recommendations for addressing the ongoing crisis of Missing and Murdered Indigenous People and human trafficking in Tribal communities.
