NCAI Policy Resolutions are one of the key mechanisms used to express Indian Country's consensus-based positions on Tribal, federal, state, and/or local legislation, litigation, and policy matters that affect Tribal governments or communities. The Resolutions Process guides all of NCAI’s advocacy work.
Submit your Resolutions for the 2026 Mid Year Convention and Marketplace by Monday, May 25, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CT. All Resolutions for Mid Year must be emergency in nature and national in scope.
All of NCAI’s advocacy work is guided by the Resolutions Process. Please review the process document before you submit if you are not familiar with it.
The 2026 Mid Year Policy Resolutions Template is available here. Please submit your resolution on this template. Resolutions must be submitted in Word format or they will be returned to the sponsor for resubmission.
The 2026 Mid Year Policy Resolutions Portal is now open for submissions. Submit your Resolution through our Online Portal. (Resolutions will only be accepted via this system.) Please read through the questions in the form carefully before beginning your submission.
Only NCAI Individual Indian members in good standing are authorized to submit a resolution. You must first verify your membership before submitting. If you have questions, please contact membership@ncai.org.
