Seneca Gaming Corporation 

The Corporate Counsel provides legal advice, counsel and representation in support of all operational, risk management and compliance activities, broadly collaborating across departments and functional areas. Primary responsibilities include contract drafting, review, and negotiation, and ensuring that all commercial arrangements protect the enterprise’s legal, financial, compliance, and sovereign interests. Based on experience, subject matter expertise, and organizational need, the Corporate Counsel may also assume broader responsibilities that may include corporate governance, gaming regulatory matters, employment and benefits issues, litigation management, risk management, construction, real estate, intellectual property and general corporate matters. General Qualifications/Requirements

Required Education/Experience:

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is the senior financial executive of the Tribal Government, reporting directly to the Tribal Chairperson and working in partnership with Tribal Legislators. Program Assistant 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Conduct criminal history search and meets with persons arrested and in custody before arraignment to perform pretrial risk assessments, determine eligibility for Wellness Court, and make recommendations to the Court regarding release conditions. • Direct and counsel adult and juvenile defendants regarding the conditions of release and probation conditions, including payment of restitution, fines, and other costs associated with supervision. • Conduct field visits (home, work, treatment facility, or jail, conferences office visits, and breathalyzer/ urinalysis in connection with investigation and supervision terms established by the Court. • Supervise adults and juvenile defendants placed on pretrial services and probation for compliance with the orders of the Court, inform the court of compliance, and make recommendations. • Conduct and monitor assessments to identify criminogenic risks and needs and develop case plans based on identified needs. • Recommend rehabilitation, treatment, and remedial actions to the Court • Conduct observed random Urinalysis and Breath tests and properly care for and secure each sample with confirmation, maintaining chain of custody for calibration, training, samples, printouts, and logs for each test result, and after testifying in court, ensure reimbursement to the Nation. • Initiate and attend court actions and make recommendations for violations of release or probation. • Direct and refer probations to community resources such as treatment centers, or other agencies based on observation of activities, assessments, behavior, and conditions of release or probation. • Prepare electronic and written reports including but not limited to investigative presentence and pretrial, disposition, transfer, violation, and treatment, and make recommendations to the Court. • Administer and maintain adult and juvenile electronic monitoring systems and reimbursement to the Nation. • Comply with the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation Tribal Court Code of Employee Conduct. • Performs other duties assigned or required.

Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation 

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Supervise adults and juveniles placed on probation by the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation Tribal Court. Supervise adults and juveniles on parole or are otherwise directed to comply with terms or conditions set forth in any court order.

Oweesta Corporation 

Provide critical support to the Oweesta lending team in the origination and maintenance of loan products, ensuring an efficient process and client experience. Position involves frequent client interaction, accurate loan data management, coordination with internal teams to prepare high-quality loan packages for loan underwriting and loan closing. Assists with loan portfolio administrative functions related to the lending department.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Lending experience preferably in community development lending or mission-driven work.

A combination of education and experience may be considered as a substitute for a degree requirement.

Basic understanding of various types of loan products such as intermediary, consumer, business, mortgage, agriculture and community lending.

Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.

Ability to professionally manage and resolve loan service inquiries and requests for clients.

Proficiency in assessing financial information to obtain loan applications and complete loan packages.

Ability to meticulously review loan applications and closing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required, including public speaking.

Capability to address and resolve issues that may arise during the loan application process.

Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Ability to take direction and work collaboratively.

Self-motivated, dedicated, and flexible, with strong time management skills and collaboration skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel is required, experience with Salesforce preferred.
